Process



The process

The process depends on the customer, the products, specifications, and needs. We are always flexible. In general, the process is as described on this page.
On 1 point, we're not easy. We do not compromise on quality.

1. Send us your specifications

Perhaps the most important part of the whole process. The more accurate you provide the specifications, the less chance for unpleasant surprises. The offer we make to you is more accurate and the result will therefore fully meet your expectations.

There are 3 options:

Use our online "Get a quote wizard". The questions guide you to the process to let us know exactly what you want.
Send us your tech pack or other detailed documents. You can upload them or send them by email
Send us a sample of the garment if the clothes already exist.

2. Quotation

Based on your requirements, we will select a few factories that will be capable to manufacture your products.
You will receive 2 or 3 quotes, with possibilities, production costs, and production times.

3. Resource fabrics & materials

During the process, you will be assigned a quality control manager who will supervise the entire process. Together with the purchasing specialists, we purchase the materials and fabrics according to your specifications.

It is also possible that you send us the fabrics and materials.

4. Samples

To be sure that the clothing meets your expectations, we first make a test garment. We will send this to you. This also shows the importance of detailed specifications. If the garment is not to your liking, we will adjust it until it is correct, but valuable time is lost.

5. Start manufacturing

After you approved the final sample(s), the main production can start.

Your product manager will make sure that all the fabrics and materials are stocked and ready for the production of your clothes.

Along the whole process, we keep you posted. We will send you high-resolution pictures and videos about the process as well the production of the additional items and materials, like care labels, hang tags, packaging, etc.

6. Quality control

We consider quality control as our main task. During the whole process, we will guard the quality like it were our own clothes. This is what we do best.
We have more than 12 years of experience with Westen standards and work for some famous brands, all over the world.

7. Shipping

When your products are finished and the quality control manager is satisfied, the shipping process starts.
We make sure that the garments are packed carefully. Dry and well packed to arrive in the best condition to the destination of your choice.

We will also provide the right documents for a smooth customs transaction.
